Since 1988 Flutewise has offered a wide range of activities for young flute players, their families and flute teachers. Our events are always carefully planned and suitable for players of all standards from beginners to post grade 8. They are safe, fun and educational.

Flutewise: Let’s Play Together
We have a new book full of music, creative ideas, games and fun which will be used for a series of short events in lost of different places to celebrate 35 Years of Flutewise!

Residential Courses
Residential courses are one of our favourite activities. They are 4 day/3 night courses held in really lovely venues and are aimed at all keen young flute players aged 8 to 18 from beginners to post grade 8. Many parents have said, ‘One Flutewise course is worth 6 months of flute lessons’.

Flutewise in Croatia
Every summer since 2000, Liz Goodwin has been running a flute course in Croatia. The dates have been agreed for 2024 and we are hoping families and friends can join us for this magical experience.
Online events were really useful during covid times. We still hold them from time to time. They are free for all members to attend.
